Navratri - Full and Final settlement of Accounts

In continuation to the earlier mail regarding Navratri expenses, here is the full and final settlement as forwarded by Mrs. Shobha Varma, Chairperson of the Organising Committee.

We were short of Rs 10,140 In response to the mail to contribute generously to clear the shortfall, we received contributions from following members:

So Total money collected : 11,000
1200 /- came from Aarti.  So Total- 12,200/- Rs.
Expenses incurred as mentioned above -10,140 /- Rs.
Balance of Rs. 2060 is in safe custody for future use.
