Happy Diwali to all LH Members and well wishers

Hello Folks

Diwali is round the corner and fun and frolic time has begun. Starting next week kids will have their routine holidays. While a few have already planned their trip, a few will remain at LH to enjoy the cool atmosphere.

Some measures we should take during Diwali

While keeping Diyas, please ensure that the oil or its residues do not percolate to the walls.

Do not burst crackers inside the premises. If you have a large quantity to burst, ask the security to open the service gate behind Block B4 and enjoy the fireworks there. Please ensure the rocket fireworks do not end in some one’s bedroom.

Never encourage children to lighten tablet spread which blackens the concrete roads and it will be beyond repairs once it is done.

The festival of Diwali signifies the triumph of good over evil since on this particular day lord Rama returned to Ayodhya after destroying the demon Ravana, thereby eliminating the malicious forces dominant in the form of the demon.

The best Diwali you can enjoy is to donate the money you spend on crackers to someone needy. Remember there are millions of our own people who go to sleep without a morsel. Think about them during this Diwali. Eliminate the malicious force called poverty.

Have a great time and enjoy the festivities.
